Kamie’s pickleball story started thanks to her mom. A lifelong tennis player, her mom switched to pickleball after hip surgery and insisted the whole family learn. At first Kamie was skeptical—but it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the game. After casually playing with her kids, she joined competitive play in 2022, and by 2024 she had already earned medals at major tournaments, including Gold at the Dink Cincy Mixed Doubles and Bronze at the APP Mixed Doubles 4.5/5.0.
A PPR-certified coach, Kamie brings years of coaching experience from volleyball and high school tennis into pickleball. She thrives on working with all ages and skill levels, especially beginners and 3.0–3.5 players looking to level up. Her coaching emphasizes form and fundamentals, paired with positivity and enthusiasm that keep learning fun.
For Kamie, pickleball is more than just a game—it’s an uplifting outlet. Instead of supporting people through tough days in the medical field, she now helps players smile, move, and improve on the court. Some of her favorite memories come from family play, where three generations—kids, parents, and grandparents—compete and laugh together.
