Do I have to be a member to play at the Lodge?
No, anyone can play at the Lodge. But members receive the largest discounts and earliest access to the courts.
How do I become a member?
Simply create your account and pay for your membership through our member management system called CourtReserve.
Do you host tournaments?
Yes. More information will become available as tournaments are organized.
What is CourtReserve?
CourtReserve is a free app that enables you to reserve courts and join events.

What is your cancellation policy?
For Court Reservations: There is a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy for court reservations. If canceled with 24 hours notice you will receive a credit to your account. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Look under “My Reservations” in CourtReserve, find the date and time, click on it, and “Cancel Reservation” will be one of your options.
For Open Play: You may cancel any time up to the start of open play. Look under “My Events” in CourtReserve, find the date and time of your registration, click on it, and “Cancel Registration” will be one of your options.
For Private Lessons, Clinics & Camps: There is a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy for lessons. If canceled with 24 hours notice you will receive a credit to your account. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
All refunds will be credited to your account as a balance credit. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.
You can edit your court reservation in Court Reserve. Go to My Reservations in the app, click on your reservation, and you can edit the date and the time from there.
What is Open Play?
Open Play allows individuals to drop in and play with a variety of partners, as they rotate in and out to mix with others of similar skill level. Multiple sessions available daily, seven days a week. Free for most members, pay-as-you-go for non-members. If you do not want to play with different partners, and prefer to stay with your group, you should reserve a court instead.
Do you offer lessons?
Yes, the Lodge is home to The Ohio Pickleball Academy. We offer instruction to beginners, advanced players, and everybody in between.
Do you offer leagues?
Yes, the Lodge offers leagues for beginners through the most advanced players. Click here to view our calendar of upcoming leagues.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Our full bar and restaurant open in early July. Until then we offer a range of canned/bottled sports drinks, energy drinks, and soft drinks. You may bring small snacks such as protein bars. Only water is allowed on the courts themselves.
Do I have to bring my own equipment?
No, we have loaner paddles available for both members and nonmembers. We sell balls and paddles in the Lodge Pro Shop.
What are the club hours?
- Monday through Saturday: 7AM to 10PM
- Sunday: 7AM to 7PM
