Membership Questions
How do I become a member?
The Pickle Lodge runs on software called CourtReserve, which has an app that puts your membership in the palm of your hands.
You can register from your computer here.
You can also download the CourtReserve app on your phone.
Once downloaded, open the app and click “Join Organization.” Search for “The Pickle Lodge” and choose from our variety of membership options.
You DO NOT have to be a member to play at The Pickle Lodge. Simply choose the Non-Membership option. But please note that you must have a credit card on file to reserve a court even as a non-member.
Do I have to put payment on file?
Yes, a card on file is required as part of your profile even for non-members. All charges are billed to your account and charged on the 1st of the following month.
For example, if you join three open plays, reserve two courts and take a lesson in the month of October, all of these fees will be billed on November 1st.
CourtReserve is showing a different organization when I log in. How Can I find the Pickle Lodge?
If you use CourtReserve for other organizations you can toggle between them by clicking “More” in the bottom right-hand corner and selecting “My Organizations” to switch between organizations.

Why can't I make a reservation?
You must register through CourtReserve in order to make a reservation. You do not have to be a member, but you must have a registered non-member account with a credit card on file.
How do I add a guest to my reservation?
Guests are a free pass perk for membership levels, but the number of them vary by membership type. Additional guest passes can also be purchased throughout your active membership.
